Colors that draw your attention?

All colours draw my attention towards them.. but specially orange,blue,green and chocolate colour..east colors and west colors both are good.. i mean some colors use in eastern countries dark and very bright shades and some colors known as English colors they are also wow........ Are u designer .....Logo designer??
