If I Do Non-Contact Kickboxing, Will I Loose Weight?

I'm thinking about joining non-contact kickboxing. But I want to maintain my weight, i don't want to loose weight. I don't want to gain abs because if you have abs under your fat your stomach looks huge. Is kickboxing a good sport if I want to gain muscle in my arms and legs and to maintain weight?
