Is it good if you're talking to Jesus like he's a friend beside you?

Most of my prayers are just talking like I do to someone in the same room. My serious prayers for health, or others does start with Dear Lord, or Heavenly Father....but as I said...what a greater way to talk to God than to just......talk...........yesterday for instance....God really did something special for me and when it happend I said..No way Jesus..I can't believe you did this for me, thank you so much. I told him how amazing he was to know what would have happened if he didnt intervene. I thanked him and asked him why he did it, I didn't deserve it, cried a little, and thanked him again. Probably off and on for about three hours, then again today. Atheist say...yeah right...I say, I know an intervention when I see one.....
