PLEASE SPARE 1 MIN OF UR LIFE HERE plz?

ok just because you are eating healthy doesnt mean you are going to lose weight. You could be eating healthy things all day but if you are eating too much of it, the calories still add up. The excercise should help, but if you have been doing this same routine for a while then you are probably at a point where you need to try something different. Your body will get to a point where it will not continue to lose weight. but if your problem areas are very small problem areas, excercise should be enough to tone it up. but remember excercise builds muscles so since you have been doing this for so long, what you think are extra fat spots, may actually be places that you have built muscle and thats why they are bigger.
