3 week old has terrible gas?

Hello my 3 week old daughter has gas. It is keeping her from soundly sleeping where she only sleep about 30 mins and then wakes up crying from it.. only way to get her to sleep again is skin to skin with me and allowing her to use my as a pacifier since she doesnt like a pacifier. We use those gas drops before each feeding and sometimes even in between if shes not calming down but it seems to not be helping much any other remedies to try? I am just concerned shes not getting the good sleep she needs plus it is rough when she does not nap it does not allow me time to rest or to do anything but be right there with her.
