To buy a pair of UGG boots, is www.buybootonline.com a reliable source?

Do not buy from them. I ordered 2 pair before Christmas. They come packaged looking like the real thing, but the lining inside is synthetic and does not look like the real UGGs. Plus the website seems sketchy, they don't return emails, and the contact number doesn't answer. I had to call my bank and initiate an investigation. The bank has credited me and asked that I send back the boots.
