DVD Cover software question?

I wish to manufacture my own covers for dvd box sets can anyone suggest a cover software application, ideally freeware which supports the different sizes of dvd cover for example those which can hold 6 dvds, have found many applications but these seem to only the one template for a single dvd case. and obviously I need I wider case template
