My calorie intake is more than 1000 calories less than BMR?

If you include sufficent amounts of protein and exercise, you will not lose all of your muscle. I would not go less than 1400 calories a day. I'd stay around 1600-1800 now until you hit 200lbs. Once you hit 200 lbs, I would go to 1400-1600 cals a day.
